Privacy policy

This policy explains what Flow Studio stores and why. We keep as little as we can.

What we store

• Account: your username, a hashed password (we never see the real one), your plan and credit usage.
• Sign-in: a session cookie, a device cookie for the one-device rule, the browser name, IP address and country of each sign-in, to keep accounts safe.
• Generations: your prompts, settings, and the resulting files, so the studio can show your batches and usage.
• Payments: the WhatsApp chat and the bank transfer screenshot you send us.

How long

• Generated images and videos, and reference images, are deleted after 6 hours.
• Prompt and usage history stays while your account exists so limits and support work.

Who sees it

• Prompts and reference images are sent to Google’s models to make your results.
• The admin can see usage and generation logs to run the service and help with support.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and enforce the one-device rule. No tracking or advertising cookies.
