Refund policy

We want you to pay only for results you actually get.

Failed generations

• Failed generations are auto-refunded in credits. If an image or video fails or is blocked by a safety filter, its credits come back to your balance automatically.
• If a model is busy, your request falls back to another model automatically before it counts as failed.

Plan purchases

• Plan purchases are non-refundable once the account is activated.
• If we cannot activate your account after you pay, we refund the full amount by bank transfer.
• If the service is down for a long time on our side, contact us and we will extend your plan fairly.
