Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Flow Studio at flow.shahzaibmalik.com. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by us after payment. There is no self sign-up.
  • One account is for one person and works on one device at a time. Sharing or reselling an account is not allowed.
  • Keep your password private. To move to a new device, ask us on WhatsApp to reset the old one.

2. Plans and credits

  • Plans run for 30 days from activation. Unused credits do not carry over.
  • Daily limits reset at 12:00 AM Pakistan time (PKT). Unlimited plans have a fair-use cap (currently 5,000 images per day).
  • Speed depends on server load. Extra “burst” threads are only available when the server is free.

3. Your content

  • You are responsible for your prompts, the reference images you upload and how you use the results.
  • Do not create illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content that impersonates or harms real people. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
  • Generation runs on Google’s models, so their safety filters and generative AI use policy also apply. Blocked prompts are refunded.
  • You may use the images and videos you create for personal and commercial work, within the law and these rules.

4. Files

Results are kept for 6 hours and then deleted. Download them or use auto-save in time; we cannot recover deleted files.

5. Automated access

  • Use Flow Studio only through the website in a normal browser. Scripts, bots, browser automation, and tools that replay your session or cookies (for example Python, curl or Postman) are not allowed.
  • We detect automated use. When we detect it, we suspend the account straight away and do not give a refund for the remaining plan or credits.
  • To automate your work, use the official Flow Studio API. Ask us on WhatsApp for access.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, shares access, or tries to abuse the service. Serious abuse is not refunded.

7. Service

We work hard to keep Flow Studio running, but it is provided “as is”. Models can be busy or change; when one is busy, requests may fall back to another model.
